Captain Jim Sharp is the founder of the Sail, Power and Steam Museum, in Rockland, Maine, located next to the Snow Marine Park.

Captain Sharp was also the force behind creation of the windjammer fleet in Midcoast Maine. He has sailed virtually every kind of boat, and has an amazing number of stories to tell about his experiences.
