They say “You are what you eat”. On The Chris Wolf Show Friday, November 6, 2015, you’ll find out if maybe that’s true or not. Our guest will be Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Brianna Monahan from Camden, Maine.
Brianna knows what she’s talking about. She’s a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Camden, Maine. She received both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Maine and completed the majority of her clinical training at Maine Medical Center.
Brianna has experience working abroad in China, and has treated patients from varying backgrounds and demographics. While she is versed in many areas of nutrition including intensive care, oncology, pediatrics, and eating disorder counseling; her interest and expertise lie primarily in the areas of weight management and mindfulness.
Chris Wolf also comes from a food background, having been a restaurateur and chef. Between Brianna and Chris and Brianna, we should have and extremely interesting show
