Camden Maine is famous for being “Where the Mountains Meet the Sea”.

But it’s also famous for being “Where the River Meets the Sea”, specifically the Megunticook River which cascades over the rocks at the head of Camden Harbor creating a spectacular waterfall, probably the most photographed site in Camden!

In addition there are two more waterfalls within a short walk in Camden.

There is a brochure “Camden Mill Walk” available at the Chamber of Commerce building in the parking lot at the head of the harbor. They also have brochures on many, many things to do in the Camden area.
