Probably no one personifies community television in Maine more than Ned Lightner of Belfast, Maine.

This special edition of The Chris Wolf Show features a great discussion with Ned. Ned has been in community television for more than 35 years. He runs Belfast Community Television, Channel 2, in Belfast as well as the government channels for Belfast.

Ned has been an inspiration for us here at Maine Coast TV and our two stations have collaborated in many ways over the years.
