In 2015 Informed Young Leaders was created  to give high school students opportunities to develop critical thinking and communication skills through a public speaking program focused on vital political issues of the day. An underlying goal of our program is to expose students to multiple perspectives on any given political issue, and to foster respect and civility while advocating their own positions.
