The parade ran from the Rockland ferry terminal up Main Street to the Lobster Trap Christmas Tree. The parade featured numerous lighted floats and vehicles, with musical and moving parts! Community Volunteers Needed for “Together for Thomaston” Service Event on October 5th
Thomaston, ME – Local residents, families, and community groups are invited to participate in Together for Thomaston, a community-wide service event taking place on Saturday, October 5th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. This event is designed to connect volunteers with local non-profit organizations to complete essential service projects while fostering relationships between community members and organizations.
Together for Thomaston will begin with registration, including coffee and donuts, at 8:30 am at the Town Municipal Building (13 Valley Street). After a morning of service, all participants are invited to gather for a celebratory lunch to recognize the contributions of the volunteers and reflect on the impact of the day.
